WELCOME ABOARD

The need for a large, luxurious, six double cabin crewed charter yacht in the Industry drove Marc in the creation of this SUPER YACHT designed especially to offer quality Sailing vacations. We invite you to Sail through the pages of this newsletter, where you will find information of the ATLANTIC 70' PREMIERE. The Boat will be ready the fall of 2007 and undertakes charters sailing from USVI and BVI starting December 2007.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
ACCOMODATION
Six double cabins (for Elite and two standard double) for the guests with en suite facilities (with either double or two single beds every cabin). Separate crew quarters (two cabins all en suite facilities).

WATERSPORTS
A large variety of water sports including water skiing, knee-boarding, tubing, wake boarding, kayaking, snorkeling and sailing the Hobiecat as well as kite boarding and SCUBA diving.
The boat is fully equipped for SCUBA diving. A full range of masks, snorkels, fins, regulators, BCDs, and dive tanks, and a compressor.
Water sports equipment and toys: 17 foot tender has a 90 horse power outboard engine and is equipped with a VHF radio, fish finder and a stereo CD/radio and is ideal for all kinds of water sports including water skiing, wake boarding, knee boarding and tubing.
Equipment carried will include: 2 double kayaks; water skis; slalom ski, wakeboard, kneeboard, Hobie cat or similar, double tube/donut, floating mats, fishing rods, reels and tackle, kite boards, SCUBA gear, noodles, snorkeling equipment and a variety of beach toys.
STORAGE
The ATLANTIC 70' PREMIERE has two walk-in storage rooms, with entrance from the main deck, very essential on this type of the boat to store supplies and water toys as well as boat's gear, etc.

The PREMIERE 70' combines the characteristics of a sailing boat with the comfort, luxury and amenities of a large Motor Yacht.
Charter: The PREMIERE 70' is one of the most spacious, luxury Sailing Charter Yacht available in the Caribbean today. Comfort and quality of Service is offered to our guests for a memorable Sailing experience.

Cabins: The ATLANTIC 70' PREMIERE offers 6 double cabins (four Elite and two standard double) with en-suite facilities. Every cabin has either a Queen bed or two twins, offering to clients this many times important choice.Every cabin has a desk, night tables, wardrobe, small sofa and a lot of storage.
For the guest's convenience, there is a PC, Internet access, Intercom, telephone, flat screen 24” Plasma TV, DVD, Stereo and a Safe.
Main Saloon: Comfortable leather sofas (2) in the center with a coffee table, large dinning table accommodating 12, 40” Satellite LCD TV, State of the art home entertainment system for DVD and CD and a large library of films, music and games.
A complete wet Bar conveniently located to serve also the saloon and the outside dining area.
A large cockpit with an outdoor dining table comfortably seating 12 guests, two large sunbathing mattresses, two large cushioned sofas.
The fly bridge where guests can relax and sunbath. Sun beds and a refrigerated bar for refreshments.
The ATLANTIC 70' PREMIERE has huge deck areas and trampolines at the bow.
Both hulls have steps leading to water (which is lowered to bring the guests close to the water or raised so the dinghy can be taken out of the water.)
CHARTER PRICES
High Season – 1st of November to 30th of June
Up to six guests $24,000/week
Eight guests $26,000/week
Ten guests $28,000/week
Twelve guests $30,000/week
Low Season - 1st of July to 31st of October
10% off High Season rate.
Holiday Season – 18th of December to 7th of January
10% supplement on High Season rates.
Diving
Diving is offered onboard.
Cost: Certified divers with own gear $50/dive, gear rental $125/week.
Resort course: Resort divers $75.00 per dive.
Full course: Full Certification: $400.00 with prior approval only.
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Rates include Full Board, bar, all water sports with the exception of Scuba Diving, Fuel, Port/Marina fees at port of embarkation and disembarkation if any.
Rates don't include Signature champagne, wine and liquor, any special orders, mooring, port and marina fees, clearance, custom fees and local taxes, telecommunication costs, excursions and shore based activities, Personal Travel Insurance, Crew gratuity, Scuba Diving and Instruction.
