        The  need for a large, luxurious, six double cabin crewed charter yacht in the  Industry drove Marc in the creation of this SUPER YACHT designed especially to  offer quality Sailing vacations. We  invite you to Sail through the pages of this newsletter, where you  will find information of the <strong>ATLANTIC 70'  PREMIERE</strong>. The Boat will be ready the fall of 2007 and undertakes charters  sailing from USVI and BVI starting December 2007.</p>

      <p><strong>WATERSPORTS </strong><br>
        A large variety of water sports  including water skiing, knee-boarding, tubing, wake boarding, kayaking, snorkeling  and sailing the Hobiecat as well as kite boarding and SCUBA diving. <br>
        The boat is fully equipped for <strong>SCUBA</strong> diving. A full range of masks,  snorkels, fins, regulators, BCDs, and dive tanks, and a compressor. <br>
          <strong>Water sports equipment  and toys: </strong>17 foot tender has a  90 horse power outboard engine and is equipped with a VHF radio, fish finder  and a stereo CD/radio and is ideal for all kinds of water sports including  water skiing, wake boarding, knee boarding and tubing. <br>
          <strong>Equipment carried will include:</strong> 2 double kayaks; water skis; slalom ski, wakeboard,  kneeboard, Hobie cat or similar, double tube/donut, floating mats, fishing  rods, reels and tackle, kite boards, SCUBA gear, noodles, snorkeling equipment  and a variety of beach toys. <br>

      <p><strong>STORAGE </strong><br>
        The ATLANTIC 70' PREMIERE has  two walk-in storage rooms, with entrance from the main deck, very essential on  this type of the boat to store supplies and water toys as well as boat's gear,  etc. <br>

      <strong>Charter</strong>: The PREMIERE 70' is  one of the most spacious, luxury Sailing Charter Yacht available in the  Caribbean today. Comfort and quality of Service is offered to our guests for a  memorable Sailing experience.<br>
      <strong>Entertainment</strong>: home theatre  installation, 40 inch Plasma LCD TV, interior and exterior speakers, DVD  library (over 200), CD library (over 400), game console. Stereo, Intercom, Flat  24&quot; Plasma TV, DVD, Safe, PC with Internet access in every cabin.<br>
      <strong>Cabins</strong>: The ATLANTIC 70'  PREMIERE offers 6 double cabins (four Elite and two standard double) with en-suite facilities. Every cabin has  either a Queen bed or two twins, offering to clients this many times important  choice.Every cabin has a desk, night  tables, wardrobe, small sofa and a lot of storage.<br>
      For the guest's convenience,  there is a PC, Internet access, Intercom, telephone, flat screen 24&rdquo; Plasma TV,  DVD, Stereo and a Safe.<br>

      <p><strong>Main Saloon</strong>: Comfortable  leather sofas (2) in the center with a coffee table, large dinning table  accommodating 12, 40&rdquo; Satellite LCD TV, State of the art home entertainment  system for DVD and CD and a large library of films, music and games.<br>
        A complete wet Bar conveniently  located to serve also the saloon and the outside dining area.<br>
        A large cockpit with an outdoor  dining table comfortably seating 12 guests, two large sunbathing mattresses,  two large cushioned sofas.<br>
        The fly bridge where guests can  relax and sunbath. Sun beds and a refrigerated bar for refreshments.<br>
